About Terri L. Parmley | Paul D Malina Co LPA

In 1988, subsequent to graduating from law school and passing the bar, she began practicing law with her father, Paul Malina, in Springfield, Ohio. For almost forty years, Paul practiced law in Springfield and various other Ohio counties. He was an experienced trial lawyer, tried cases in many Ohio counties and had a reputation for his dedication, knowledge of the law and tremendous skill as a trial lawyer.

Terri had the extreme pleasure and benefit of practicing with her father and learning from him for approximately a decade. Terri and Paul practiced law together from 1988 – 1998 in the law firm known as Paul D. Malina Co., L.P.A. Together they worked on, and tried, cases which were primarily in the areas of personal injury and family law. In 1998, due to illness, Paul stepped down and Terri took over their law practice.

From 1998, to the present, Terri’s law firm has continued to be located in Springfield, Ohio, and her primary focus has been the same areas of law that she and her father practiced for so many years, that being the areas of family law and personal injury. Over the past almost three decades, Terri has handled divorce, dissolution, paternity, custody, visitation and child support cases. These family law cases have included divorce cases involving business entities and unique property division issues.

With respect to the personal injury area of law, she, also, has handled car and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall cases, wrongful death cases and certain product liability cases in various counties in Ohio. These personal injury cases have, at times, involved litigating insurance coverage issues.

Terri is from a family of attorneys. In addition to her father, her grandfather, several uncles and a cousin have, also, practiced law. She is proud to carry on her family’s tradition with a dedication to working hard to protect her clients’ rights and interests.
